or regulate businesses listed in our directory in any way. We assume no
liability in making this contact information available to the general
public. Listings on our site do not imply a recommendation by The Michigan
Pet Sitters & Dog Walkers Association. We encourage customers to check
references on pet sitters and pet-related businesses prior to receiving
services or goods. All statements concerning insurance and bonds are
informational only, and are self-reported. Since insurance and bonds can
expire and can be cancelled, pet owners should always check such information
for themselves.
Using this website or making use of the contact information listed on this
website indicates that you agree not to use the email addresses on this
website to send unsolicited commercial, pornographic or political email,
otherwise known as "SPAM." You agree to only contact the individuals,
businesses or organizations, using the contact information on this website,
for reasonable issues related to the services they provide.
You may request to have your listing deleted at any time, but it does not
qualify you for a refund.
This website may be unavailable for short, infrequent periods of time due to
network problems, upgrades, or other events that are common to web servers.
Such cases do not qualify you for a refund.
We
reserve the right to make changes or upgrades to this site without notice,
which include, but are not limited to: changes in layout, design, color
scheme, graphics, the addition or deletion of certain extra features
(example: Discussion Board), and the order or placement of listings on this
site.
We
reserve the right to edit listings for brevity, grammar, punctuation,
redundancy or consistency. We reserve the right to make minor changes to the
style and layout (boldness, fonts, centering, etc.) to improve aesthetics or
user-friendliness of listings or our site.
We
do not allow links to our competitors within paid listings. This includes
other NATIONAL or INTERNATIONAL pet sitting business directories (in most
cases STATE directories and national franchises are permitted) and website
or graphic designers.
We
reserve the right to discontinue this website at any time. In such an event,
all customers who have paid for listings will receive a pro-rated refund
equal to the amount of time left on their annual listing. This is the only
instance in which refunds are offered. Customers who have received a listing
as a free service will not receive a refund or credit of any kind.
By
signing up to be listed in The Michigan Pet Sitters & Dog Walkers
Association, you agree to receive
periodic email updates on services or special offers from The Michigan Pet
Sitters & Dog Walkers Association.
We
do not endorse, nor are we responsible for the content in websites linked to
in our directory.
We
reserve the right to make changes to the Terms of Service at any time,
without notice.
